The Agel Quadra-Plan focuses on three important business building concepts; sponsoring new Team Members, product sales volume and leadership. The pay plan encourages and rewards your efforts in these areas.
Agel's Quadra-Plan offers you several ways to earn. Most of them are of the residual variety, and they have pioneered the Leveraged Matching Bonus, the most important innovation in compensation plans of the last 15 or 20 years.
The compensation plan provides three types of income; transaction income, leveraged residual income and bonuses.
8 different ways to earn with Agel
1. Retail Profits.
As an Agel Team Member you can purchase products at wholesale cost, and market them for the Suggested Retail Price, which earns you a 20% immediate profit to keep.
2. Fast Start Bonuses: $200, $35
This is a way you can start earning right away. For people who need money right away, the Fast Start Commission allows you to get into profit quickly.
- When you enroll someone who purchases the Executive Kit, you will receive a US $200 bonus on their initial product order.
- When you enroll someone who purchases the Retailer Kit, you will receive a US $35 bonus on their initial product order.
3. Team Volume Commissions (TVC).
With Agel, everyone builds two teams; a left team and a right team. This two-team structure is designed to help support depth building in the group, and ensure that you have a strong line of sponsorship support above you.
Because everyone builds a two-team structure, there is a real possibility that people above you will be placing new enrollees in your organization. And that volume counts toward your team volume.
For this commission, you earn 10% per month on the CV (Commissionable Volume) generated in your lesser team. Team Volume Commissions (TVC) are paid up to 250,000 CV per month. That means that you can earn a maximum of US $25,000 a month, just in this one part of the Quadra-Plan.
And that's just on one income center. When you purchase the Executive Kit as your Activation Order, you get three income centers tripling the maximum TVC to US $75,000!
4. Leveraged Matching Bonus (LMB).
When you really understand this bonus, you'll appreciate why we say that the Quadra-Plan is the biggest innovation in pay plans in the last 15 or 20 years! This element rewards leaders with very strong residual income and allows you to access volume deep into your organization. Here's how it works:
The Leveraged Matching Bonus (LMB) is a matching bonus from 25-50% of the Team Volume Commission (TVC) earned by each Team Member you personally enroll. They never "break away" from you, and it doesn't matter what level they are on in your teams (no matter how far down). They always remain your personal enrollee, and you will always receive the matching bonus on whatever they earn for TVC.
Not only do you earn this bonus on those that you personally sponsor, you also earn it on the people that they sponsor (as your second generation). You begin by earning a LMB through four generation of sponsorship. A bonus on the people that you sponsor, that they sponsor, that they sponsor, and that they sponsor!
Then, as you progress into the higher ranks of the plan, you qualify to get paid even more generations. You can actually qualify for a LMB down through seven sponsorship levels. This bonus offers the most lucrative reward for leaders in the industry.

5. Luxury Car Bonus
Any month that a Team Member is a qualified Senior Director (40,000 small side volume and 2 personally enrolled Directors) or above they will receive the specified car bonus.:

Corporate Director - 1,000 dlls / month
Diamond Director - 1,500 dlls / month
Double Diamond Director - 2,000 dlls / month
Triple Diamond Director - 2,500 dlls / month
Quaduple Diamond Director - 3,000 dlls / month
6. Travel/Business Expense Allowance
Any month that a Team Member is a qualified Senior Director (40,000 small side volume and 2 personally enrolled Directors) or above they will receive the specified car bonus.:
Senior Director - 500 dlls / month
Corporate Director - 1,000 dlls / month
Diamond Director - 1,500 dlls / month
Double Diamond Director - 2,000 dlls / month
Triple Diamond Director - 2,500 dlls / month
Quaduple Diamond Director - 3,000 dlls / month
7. Annual Leadership Retreat
Each year Senior Directors and above will be invited to the annual leadership convention, which will be held in an exotic location. They will be required to qualify for Senior Director or above for three months during the calendar year to qualify for the retreat. Based on trip and location each year each leadership level will receive different allowances for the trip.
8. Executive Bonus (3% of the Total Commissionable Volumen)
3% of the global company commissionable volume (CV) is put into the Executive Bonus Pool. Team Members who begin their business by placing an order for the Executive Kit (US $1000) will be eligible to receive one or more shares of this pool each month in which their smaller leg volume grows by 1000 or more vs. the prior month's volume.
For each 1000 your smaller leg volume grows vs. the prior month, you will receive one share of the Executive Bonus pool. This bonus ends when you reach the Senior Director level (40,000 volume). Thus you will have 40 opportunities to earn a share of this bonus.
